Nanny Agency Miami: How to Find a Vetted Nanny in Miami (2026 Guide)

Miami's nanny market is booming — and bilingual, career nannies are claimed within days. Whether you live on Star Island, in Coral Gables or on Palm Island, here is how to find a nanny you can trust completely.

What nannies cost in Miami in 2026

• Experienced full-time nannies: $30–$45 per hour
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) career nannies: $35–$50 per hour
• Rota and live-in positions: $90,000–$140,000 per year
• Newborn care specialists: $40–$60 per hour

Why Miami families use a nanny agency

Online platforms offer volume without verification. A specialized nanny agency screens every candidate before you meet her: reference calls with previous families, identity and background checks, criminal records and a personal interview. In a city where the best candidates never appear on public platforms, agency networks are the real market.

Miami specifics

Bilingual candidates are in permanent short supply, seasonal families need flexible winter arrangements, and travel between Miami, the Bahamas and Aspen is a standard expectation at this level.
