Elite Swiss was founded over twenty years ago with a simple conviction: families deserve household staff they can trust completely — and finding them should feel personal, not transactional.
Today we work with an international network of carefully selected nannies, housekeepers, estate managers, private chefs, butlers, chauffeurs and personal assistants, placing them with families in the finest communities across the United States — from Los Angeles and New York to Miami, Houston and The Hamptons.
We remain deliberately small. Every client works directly with a senior consultant, and every candidate is someone we would welcome into our own homes.
