Nanny salaries in Dubai (2026)
Full-time nannies earn AED 8,000–15,000 per month; career nannies with Western training AED 15,000–25,000+. Visa sponsorship, health insurance and annual flights are standard package components — we structure the complete offer so top candidates accept.
The expat advantage
Dubai families often arrive mid-school-year and need structure fast. We place nannies experienced with exactly that transition: settling children into new schools, building routines in a new city and bridging languages at home.

Elite Swiss places nannies across Dubai and for families who split their time between residences — seasonal, travel and rota arrangements included.
