Identity, certification and background verification
Confidentiality covenant signed before any introduction
Trial day in your home before any offer is made

Discretion behind the gates
Bel-Air's estates demand nannies who understand privacy as a professional discipline: no phones around children, no social media, no exceptions. We screen for it explicitly in every interview.
Multi-residence families
Many Bel-Air principals split time between Los Angeles, Aspen and Europe. We place nannies who travel as part of the role — with schedules, compensation and accommodation agreed in writing.
