What 'elite' means in practice
Elite is not a label but a filter: Norland or equivalent training, five-plus years in comparable households, multiple languages where required, and references we call personally. Candidates who pass are presented with a full profile — those who do not are never mentioned.
Rota, live-in and travel structures
London's UHNW families increasingly choose rota arrangements for 24/7 coverage or live-in roles with premium salaries. We advise on the structure first — the wrong model loses great candidates within months — then benchmark salaries and draft the contract.
Elite Nanny Agency London — serving London's finest neighborhoods
Elite Swiss places career nannies across London and for families who split their time between residences — seasonal, travel and rota arrangements included.
