Staffing New York's most demanding homes
New York households run on rules outsiders never see: co-op board approvals, service-elevator windows, staff insurance certificates, doorman protocols. We place professionals who already operate at this level — nannies who know the private-school circuit, housekeepers trained for couture wardrobes and art-filled interiors, chefs who move between family dinners and formal entertaining without missing a beat.
New York salary benchmarks 2026
Career nannies earn $35–$50 per hour, executive housekeepers $70,000–$120,000 per year, private chefs $120,000–$200,000 and estate managers $150,000–$250,000+. Rota and travel-heavy roles sit above every band. We benchmark your offer against live market data so the candidates you want actually accept — and stay.
