Miami's seasonal staffing rhythm
Between November and April, Miami fills with families arriving from New York, Chicago and Europe — and the staffing market tightens overnight. We plan searches around this cycle: snowbird households get teams that hand over cleanly to northern staff or travel with the family, and year-round residents hire before the season squeezes the candidate pool.
Miami salary benchmarks 2026
Career nannies earn $30–$45 per hour, bilingual Spanish-English profiles command a 10–20% premium, executive housekeepers earn $65,000–$110,000, private chefs $100,000–$180,000 and estate managers $130,000–$220,000+. We structure every offer — guaranteed hours, benefits, travel terms — so it holds up in Miami's competitive market.
From Brickell to Palm Island — one standard
Whether your household is a Brickell penthouse, a Coral Gables estate or a waterfront property on Palm or Star Island, the vetting standard stays identical: personal interview, references called with previous principals, background and identity verified, paid trial day before any decision. Fewer than 2 in 100 applicants reach our shortlists — that is what elite means in practice.
